Specifications include, but are not limited to: The successful Contractor must provide experience managing grants and contracts and provide technical assistance and support to sub-recipients. The contract must provide the SD DOH, Office of Child and Family Services (OCFS) Rape Prevention Education (RPE) grant, the requirements as noted below. 3.1 The Contractor shall provide one full-time employee (FTE) dedicated to providing ongoing oversight, organization, technical assistance, and partnership support services, such as assisting with the development and carrying out the RPE 5-year plan. In collaboration with the SD RPE Director and key stakeholders, this position will implement primary prevention strategies that address modifiable risk and protective factors for sexual violence perpetration and victimization. This position will also promote community engagement, mobilization, and/or coalition building for sexual violence prevention.
