Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Department’s purpose in issuing this RFI is to obtain information to assist Department leadership in understanding current options for and approaches to meeting the department‐wide asset management needs. Through this RFI, the City wishes to obtain information from Respondents that can assist the City to: • Consider the spectrum of commercially available EAM systems that are likely to meet the Department’s administrative business requirements. • Best address the Department’s need to replace legacy work orders and other asset and work tracking systems. • Identify EAM systems that have been previously integrated with Workday which is envisioned to be part of the system implementation. • Identify solutions that are offered as software‐as‐a‐service (SaaS) subscription model. • Obtain representative cost estimates for EAM software, including subscription fees, and other ongoing costs that can be used for budgetary and planning purposes. • Obtain planning estimates of the cost to implement, integrate the system with Workday and deploy the EAM solution across all Departments using a phased approach. • Obtain planning estimates of appropriate City staffing recommended to implement, manage, and maintain an EAM solution. • Provide the Department with recommendations for an effective acquisition, implementation, and integration of a best of breed EAM SaaS solution.
