1. Plan, coordinate, and provide a minimum of 80 clock hours of RN-FNE training and/or clinical hours towards RN-FNE Adolescent/Adult certification. Training may include hours on theory, forensic nursing, or forensic science and/or clinical hours (virtual or in-person) to count towards RN-FNE Adolescent/Adult certification. 2. Incorporate curriculum topics from any area in the Maryland Board of Nursing approved standardized curriculum for RN-FNE Adolescent/Adult certification. 3. Training and clinical hours may be in-person and/or virtual. 4. Be responsible for the registration, platform/venue logistics, and provision of Continuing 4 Nurse Education (CNE) credits. 5. Develop and disseminate a short post-training survey to measure knowledge and skills gained and additional training needs. 6. Submit a Work Plan, using the Offeror’s own Work Plan format, that outlines major project activities (Maryland Board of Nursing approved training and/or clinical hours, and contract deliverables), who is responsible, and when they will occur throughout the contract period.
