The work consists of, furnish all labor, equipment, supplies and materials in performing all operations necessary for the complete and proper renovation of golf bunkers associated with this project. All work in connection with the removal and disposal of existing sand, gravel, and subsurface drainage pipe, reconstitution of bunker cavity to ensure no slopes are greater than 30 degrees, reconstruction of existing drain trenches if needed, installation of new drainage pipe and fittings, installation of pea gravel, installation of Flexscape lining material, installation of bunker sand to a compacted depth of four inches, and finished grading and sod of all disturbed areas outside of bunker cavity. New drain trenches may be necessary in various locations to accommodate better drainage or to make tie-ins with existing drainage, not to exceed 60 linear feet. Replacing failing outflow pipes, which would be very limited if any, this would not exceed 75 linear feet. The sand, gravel, drainage pipe, fittings, Flexscape, staples, glue, and sod will be purchased by Sebastian County Parks. The Bunker Renovation Project will include the renovation of all sand bunkers and some. Slopes adjacent to the bunkers on 9 holes known as the Silo course. The bunker renovation project includes all labor, equipment, and supplies necessary for the removal of all sand, gravel, and drainage pipe and the replacement of new gravel, new drainage tiles, new sand, Flexscape liner and minor shaping and sod replacement. The new sand, gravel, drainage pipe, Flexscape liner and sod will be furnished by Sebastian County Parks. The old sand, gravel, drainage pipe and other debris will be disposed of on site by winning bidder. Minor shaping and final grading to remove extreme slopes and erosion points will be done to prepare for sod and match (feather) the disturbed area to the adjacent undisturbed banks. The balance of the disturbed areas will have U3 bermudagrass sod installed.
