Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Bidder shall provide all materials, labor, supervision, and expertise required to renovate the District Court Commissioner’s Office. a. Work shall include, but is not limited to, demolition, framing, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, drywall, finishing, paint, flooring, bullet resistant materials, ceiling grid and tiles, security, and fire protection. b. Bidder shall refer to Attachment 1 – Ocean City 100% Construction Documents, and Attachment 2 – Ocean City Specifications Book, for detailed specifications on the required work. 2. Bidder shall complete the required work in phases as follows: a. Phase 1: Bidder shall create a new Public Defender’s Office. b. Phase 2: Bidder shall create three (3) Commissioner’s Offices, secure corridors, restroom, breakroom, and storeroom. 3. Bidder shall be responsible for all goods and/or services and requirements set forth in this IFB including the performance of any subcontractor participation. At minimum, the installation shall comply with the following standards (as applicable): a. Building Industry Consulting Service International (BICSI) (1) Each cable shall pass BICSI Standard tests. (2) Test results shall be provided to the Contract Manager and/or District Court Engineering & Central Services Project Manager (as applicable). b. National Electric Code (NEC) c. OSHA Standards and Regulations d. Local Code and Standards e. Electronic Industries Alliance (EIA) f. American National Standards Institute/Telecommunications Industry Association (ANSI/TIA) g. JIS Product Standards & Specifications (Attachment N)
