Specifications include, but are not limited to: he City of Dover New Hampshire (City) is seeking bids for a sewer lining project. The project consists of approximately 580 feet of 10-inch vitrified clay and 2200 feet of 8-inch asbestos cement pipe along Central Ave and Ash St in Dover NH, see attached pipe schedule for more precise figures and map for location. The City requires all pipe to be pre-CCTV inspected and assessed by a certified PACP pipe inspector whom shall be onsite during the work. Services found to be capped can be discounted for reconnection, but will need to be marked on the report. It is projected that by-pass pumping will need to occur and it will be the responsibility of the contractor to provide all necessary equipment and appurtenances to maintain upstream flow, from the section of work. Notification to affected customers will be a requirement of the contractor, with a minimum of 72-hour notice and coordination with the City. Service interruptions shall occur only during the allotted work time and no Customer shall be without service for more than a period of 8 hours or on Saturdays and Sundays. Traffic management is the responsibility of the contractor and a traffic control plan must be submitted to the City for review and approval with a minimum of two weeks prior to the commencement of work activities.
