Specifications include, but are not limited to: Remove 5 suspended indoor constant volume air handling units and one four pipe suspended fan coil unit, including but not limited to structural support, electrical power connection, controls, condensate piping, air distribution system and hydronic piping and specialties. Prepare areas of removal for installation of new work. Do not abandon any unnecessary parts of the existing system. Remove existing ventilation air / outside air system exhaust fan units, ductwork, louvers, electrical power lines, supports and accessories. Blank off wall louvers weather tight and patch roof opening to match existing structure and roofing system. Testing of the existing combination fire smoke dampers, installation of new combination fire smoke dampers, patch the fire rated walls where existing dampers being removed to match the existing wall construction.
