The Montana Judicial Branch is seeking information for a web-based, modern, commercial off-the-shelf, automated jury management system that will minimize paperwork, create management efficiencies, correct address inaccuracies, improve communications and overall streamline jury management in Montana courts. The system must be capable of providing functionality for a statewide implementation, multiple courts / multiple jurisdictions (56 general jurisdiction courts, 136 limited jurisdiction courts). A modern suite jury management system must simplify case creation, randomize panel selection, provide mobile and online functionality, allow for contactless juror check-ins, produce payments, print proof of attendance, and provide robust report capabilities. A vendor responding to this request must be able to provide legacy system migration services, data merge services, maintenance and support, and training services. The response should include an on-premises option, as well as a fully hosted option and incorporate top-level protection such as advanced application security, password management, database or LDAP authentication, and a maintenance lifecycle to address cybersecurity vulnerabilities.
