The Indiana Department of Health (IDOH, or State) is initiating this Request for Proposal (RFP) to obtain a Contractor to implement an Immunization Information System (IIS) and provide maintenance and operations services post system go-live to support IDOH’s Immunization Division and other system users (providers, school nurse staff, Local Health Departments (LHDs), and the public). The Contractor will implement a cloud-based COTS solution to support a wide variety of functions and associated services designed to support Hoosiers’ immunizations and immunization management, including modules designed for a variety of stakeholders (IDOH staff, providers, school nurse staff, Local Health Departments (LHDs), and the public).
