Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. The contractor must provide one driver to haul material 8 hours per day, 5 days per week (excluding city holidays) at the NDWRF to meet the minimum requirements of this RFP. 2. Contractor may periodically be asked to work more than 40 hours in a week by NDWRF management. Work performed in excess of 40 hours in a week may be billed at the overtime rate, included in the bid. Contractor must receive written permission from NDWRF superintendent or designee prior to working overtime. It is estimated that the contractor will be asked to work 160 hours of overtime in a year. 3. All drivers must be properly licensed operators. Contractor is responsible for updating operator information as necessary. The City reserves the right to verify this information. 4. Contractor provided driver will be provided with City owned dump trucks to perform the hauling required by this contract. 5. Driver is required to monitor and control the loading of trucks with biosolids. Loading shall be stopped when a full truck is being replaced with the empty truck.
