Specifications include, but are not limited to: The work under this contract consists of pavement improvements at the Mountain View Correctiional Facility, including providing all labor, materials, equipment and incidentals for reconstruction of a portion of the existing driveway into the facility, as well as patching, crack sealing, milling, repaving and restriping existing parking and access driveways at the facility.. Contractor shall provide traffic control, temporary construction facilities, as needed removal of existing pavement and gravel in the reconstruction section, filter fabric, gravel aggregates, milling, grading, compaction, paving, striping, loaming, seeding, and all other incidentals required to provide a complete project. Two bid alternates of completing additional pavement patching, crack sealing and repairs of a 1 1/2" mill and fill in a 15,600 SF driveway and parking lot and an additional 5100 SF area of driveway are also included in the contract documents.
