Rockingham County is soliciting bids for the following upgrades to the County’s A & E facility at 335 County Home Road, Wentworth NC. The following is a list of upgrades to the facility: • Pressure wash exterior brick surface (Front, Right Side, Left Side) this area is approximately 6000 sq. ft. • Pressure wash the front stoop porch and stairs • Pressure wash side wood handicap ramps and stairs • Pressure wash fire escapes • Scrape and wire brush wood window and door exterior trim • Low-pressure wash and brush white stucco areas • Remove all organic debris from gutters on the entire building • Repair gutters as noted in specifications • Repaint exterior door and window trim • Repaint exterior stucco • Repaint exterior white top cap trim on brick walls • Alternate # 1 • Repaint brick exterior on the Front and Left and Right sides
