Specifications include, but are not limited to: Provide consultant and construction management services to facilitate energy conservation projects. The goal is to immediately focus on potential solar energy projects. These projects may include net-metering configurations, but will focus primarily on independently provided solar power, otherwise known as a behind-the-meter configuration. Provide consultation, design, development, and implementation of modernized energy projects specified by the university. Provide a “turnkey” project including all necessary equipment, materials, design, manufacturing and installation services to complete projects. Perform all professional services as necessary to provide the university with a complete design package.
