Specifications include, but are not limited to: LRCVB proposes to use the services of an engineering firm on the bridge lighting project to include, but not limited to the following: Preparation of concept designs and renderings as requested Preparation of construction documents including any/all drawings, specifications and details necessary for contract purposes Preparation of construction cost estimates Assistance, as needed, in the bid process and determining scope of work Review of construction documents, shop drawings, general contractor or sub-contractor submittals, change orders, and/or RFIs Provide construction-monitoring services Attendance at regularly scheduled owners, engineer, contractors meeting will be required Attend Little Rock Advertising & Promotion Commission meetings as requested
