Specifications include, but are not limited to: 4.1 The Vendor shall complete all site work in accordance with the most current version of the City of Lincoln Standard Specifications for Municipal Construction and City of Lincoln Standard Plans (including General Provisions and Requirements, and Material and Construction Specifications) except as modified by these specifications, special conditions, and/or project construction drawings. 4.1.1 Any anticipated deviation from the City of Lincoln Standard Specifications for Municipal Construction and City of Lincoln Standard Plans must be submitted as a deviation. 4.1.2 Vendor shall notify the Engineer of conflicts between the City of Lincoln Standard Specifications for Municipal Construction and City of Lincoln Standard Plans which may arise during construction. 4.2 The Vendor is responsible for obtaining and paying all fees and charges associated with permits or licenses required to complete the work for this project except forpermit fees identified to be paid by theOwner. 4.3 All work related to the project shall be included in the amount provided as part of the Vendor’s bid. 4.4 Vendor takes full responsibility for all their employees and any subcontractors who are hired to work on the project. 4.5 Vendor must coordinate project completion with Project Manager/Owner’s representative to ensure timely completion. 4.6 No increase in the Contract Sum or extension of the Contract Time will be allowed the Contractor for the cost or time involved in making change proposals. Change proposals will define or confirm in detail the Work which is proposed to be added, deleted, or changed and must include any adjustment which the Contractor believes to be necessary in (i) the Contract Sum, or (ii) the ContractTime. 4.6.1 The Owner will not pay labor, overhead, profit, or other fees associated with contract term extensions unless such extensions involve additional work or materials which have been approved by the Owner. Additional labor fees may be charged in the event an extension is the direct fault of theOwner. 4.7 Change proposals will be binding upon the Contractor and may be accepted or rejected by the Owner at its discretion. The Owner may, at its option, instruct the Contractor to proceed with the Work involved in the change proposal as a Construction Work Change Directive without accepting the change proposal in its entirety. 4.8 Vendor shall provide and maintain portable restroom facilities for workers during the term of the project. 4.9 Vendors will be given a location to park vehicles and stage equipment during the term of the project. 4.9.1 The City shall not be liable for any damage or loss which may occur if the Vendor stages materials on thejobsite.
