Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Ultraviolet Cured-in-Place-Pipe lining services and restoration of services of the following pipe diameters and approximate lengths: 8” Diameter – 9,000 linear feet 10” Diameter – 2,500 linear feet 12” Diameter – 2,250 linear feet 15” Diameter – 2,000 linear feet 18” Diameter – 2,000 linear feet 20” & 21” Diameter – 2,750 linear feet 24” Diameter – 5,750 linear feet 30” Diameter – 2,750 linear feet 42” Diameter – 150 linear feet 48” Diameter – 650 linear feet These approximate lengths include additional footage to ensure all identified assets can be rehabilitated and allow for additional lining where needed, particularly in segments identified for point repairs. 2. Verification of diameter, length, and access to segments prior to liner design and order. 3. Removal of protruding service connections and reinstatement of service connections after liner is cured. 4. Installation of 40 Cured-in-Place-Pipe pointrepairs. Additional point repairs may be necessary for pipe segments with defects such as hinge fractures that need to be stabilized prior to full lining or for over-cutlaterals. 5. Pre and Post Inspection of all sewer pipe segments. All inspection data must NAASCO rated and made available in IT Pipes or NASSCO Exchange Database format for viewing and as a deliverable. Reporting must include provided asset ID numbers. The Contractor may be provided with a template for inspections.
