The City of Henderson is calling on all artist to design and create one (1) unique mural for a Utility Box located near the Bark Park at Heritage Park in Henderson, Nevada. The Utility Box is approximately 4’ long, 5’ wide, and 6’ tall (totaling approximately +/- 80 square feet). The painted utility box will enhance the cultural beauty and environment of the Heritage Bark Park and support the City’s efforts to make all Henderson Parks and Recreation facilities more welcoming for all. The mural must encapsulate a doghouse theme and complement the adjacent Heritage Bark Park. The mural should embody the love, joy, and companionship that dogs provide in the lives of families across Henderson. A doghouse is a small outdoor shelter designed for dogs, made of durable materials like wood or plastic, and available in different sizes to accommodate various breeds. One artist will be chosen for the project.
