Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Detailed proposal outlining the proposed security system design, including equipment specifications, placement diagrams, and integration plans. Necessary components include, but are not limited to: 1. Automated cellular alarm dialer. 2. Intrusion Alarm Panel and Keypads to replace existing locations and quantities. 3. Door Access Control Panel and associated equipment. 4. Wireless or wired receivers, including wireless arm/disarm key fobs. 5. Wireless or wired Motion Detectors. 6. Wireless or wired glass break sensors. 7. Wireless or wired carbon monoxide sensors for boiler rooms. 8. Wireless or wired water leak detection sensors for boiler rooms. 9. Power Supply 10. All wiring, cabling, electrical and cabling connections 11. All system programming, testing, training, debugging, etc. 2. Installation plan outlining the schedule, milestones, and resources required for the implementation of the security system. 3. Training materials and sessions for Company personnel responsible for operating and managing the security system. 4. Documentation of the installed system, including user manuals, troubleshooting guides, and warranty information. 5. Ongoing technical support and maintenance services as per the agreed-upon service level agreement (SLA). 6. Assessing the Agency’s premises to determine the optimal placement of security devices, including door access control panels, proximity card readers, motion sensors, door sensors, alarm keypads, remote alarm controls and main panel location. 7. Designing a comprehensive security system tailored to the Agency’s specific needs and requirements. 8. Procuring all necessary hardware and software components, including but not limited to door access control panels, proximity card readers, door controls and hardware, alarm systems, and a data card printer, HID or similar. 9. Installing, configuring, and testing the entire security system to ensure seamless integration and functionality. 10. Providing comprehensive training to designated Company personnel on the proper use and maintenance of the security system. 11. Offering ongoing technical support and maintenance services to address any issues or concerns that may arise post-installation.
