Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Henderson is calling on all artist to design and create one (1) unique mural for the dog park at Desert Pulse Dog Park located at the intersection of E Lake Mead Parkway and Cornelius Kelly Avenue, adjacent to Legacy Traditional School in Henderson, Nevada. The mural area is approximately 12’ wide and 7’6” tall (totaling approximately +/- 90 square feet). The mural will enhance the cultural beauty and environment of Desert Pulse Dog Park and support the City’s efforts to make all Henderson Parks and Recreation facilities more welcoming for all. The mural must encapsulate a dog theme and complement the adjacent Desert Pulse Dog Park. The mural should embody the love, joy, and companionship that dogs provide in the lives of families across Henderson. Elements of the mural can include frisbees, dog toys, dog houses, dog caricatures/outlines, and other dog related items, images, and activities. Dogs come in a wide range of breeds, sizes, and shapes, each with its own unique characteristics and traits.
