Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Henderson is calling on all artist to design and create one (1) unique mural for Desert Pulse Park located at the intersection of E Lake Mead Parkway and Cornelius Kelly Ave., adjacent to Legacy Traditional School in Henderson, Nevada. The mural area is approximately 18’ wide and 7’6” tall (totaling approximately +/- 135 square feet). The mural will enhance the cultural beauty and environment of Desert Pulse Park and support the City’s efforts to make all Henderson Parks and Recreation facilities more welcoming for all. The mural must encapsulate an environmental theme and complement the adjacent Desert Pulse Park area. The mural should embody the characteristics of the park and/or elements of the surrounding area. This can include nearby landscaping, environmental features, historic elements, or prominent cultural features or landmarks.
