All correspondence must be made through the Vendor Portal. Specifications include, but are not limited to: Base Bid - 1. Mobilization. 2. Install, maintain, and remove temporary erosion and sediment controls as shown on the project plans. 3. Perform site clearing as necessary to facilitate the proposed water pipe and irrigation system installations including, but not limited to, removal of trees and temporary removal of any site features which may interfere with the locations of the proposed improvements. Any removal or demolition of any trees or site features shall be approved by the Engineer prior to removal. 4. Perform trench excavation and install proposed water service pipes, including all associated valves, valve boxes, and fittings. Connect to existing irrigation wells. 5. Install booster pumps for irrigation systems, if and where directed by the Engineer, as necessary to provide sufficient flow and pressure per the irrigation system manufacturer’s requirements. 6. Design and install irrigation systems for each of the existing baseball field and multipurpose field. Contractor will be required to provide an irrigation layout plan during design for review and approval in accordance with Section 028100 – Automatic Irrigation Installation. The irrigation systems shall be able to operate properly within the existing permitted and field-tested well and pump parameters. 7. Perform asphalt walking path and landscaping restoration as necessary to restore all areas disturbed during construction. 8. Provide record documents of all work performed. 9. The electrical work included on the project plans is being completed by others and will be complete prior to this project. Plan sheets E-1.0 and E-1.1 are provided for reference only.
