Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Work to be included in the Construction Contract is generally described as: providing all materials and labor for removal and replacement of existing HVAC rooftop units (RTUs) located at three Owner facilities – three (3) RTUs at the Ada County Jail, twenty-seven (27) RTUs at the 400 N. Benjamin Lane Campus, and eight (8) RTUs at the Expo Idaho Building at the Western Idaho Fairgrounds; all as more specifically described in this Project Manual, and as detailed in the plans, notes and specifications included herein (the “Project”). This Project is being funded, in whole or in part, by State and Local Fiscal Recovery Funds (SLFRF) made available to the County under the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) through federal award number SLFRP3408 awarded to Ada County, Idaho by the U.S. Department of the Treasury.
