Specifications include, but are not limited to: Each Day of Service • Clean all toilets, sinks and urinals • Empty all trash cans and sanitary disposals • Dry mop and wet mop all restroom floors • Dry mop all common hallways • Sanitize bathroom counter space • Clean Aquarium bathrooms when open to the public (4 stalls) • Weekly –Friday • Sanitize restroom floors Bi-weekly • Wash all floor and wipe counters in all lab spaces • Clean the Aquarium bathrooms (off season) Monthly • Wash all windows inside the main building only As Needed / As requested • Any incidental custodial / janitorial tasks as requested by the Agreement Administrator, Facility Representative or their designee • Mop and clean breakroom floor • Wet mop all common hallways • Vacuum all common carpeted hallways
