Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Fort Smith is seeking bids from qualified and licensed firms, hereinafter referred to as “Contractor,” to provide services for the removal, repair, and replacement of the existing vinyl soffit and fascia at Fire Station #1, located at 200 North 5th Street, Fort Smith, Arkansas. Such repairs shall consist of and not limited to the following: EXTERIOR • Stucco existing facade; can be stucco or any suitable material other than vinyl • Perimeter replacement of vinyl soffit and fascia • Remove existing vertical vinyl siding at fascia and replace with new Marquee‐Lok panel siding or equivalent with J‐channel flashing; or any suitable material other than vinyl • Re‐build support structure to support new materials • Trims and colors to be determined by City staff • Remove and replace existing roof parapet coping with new metal coping materials; to be sealed and installed by licensed roofing contractor • Remove and replace (14) existing soffit can lights with new automatic LED recessed can lights and necessary wiring
