Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Provide non-occupied space within facilities (e.g., empty Adult Care Homes, Retirement Communities, and/or Nursing Home buildings or wings) across North Carolina within 24 hours of contract activation. The requested space should include use of congregate areas and/or unoccupied patient rooms. Access and use of the facilities may be required on weekends and/or holidays. The minimum amount of space available for use should be 5 semi-private rooms and/or at least 250 sq ft of congregate space. 2. Provide adequate ancillary support services to include food and beverages, laundry services, health & hygiene (bathrooms), HVAC, power, and waste management if available. 3. Upon Arrival: a. Provide a 24-hour point of contact throughout the activation of the contract. 4. Provide a space for State assigned staff to support the individuals being placed in this facility.
