To purchase up to twelve (12) bus stops/passengers waiting for shelters to be funded for public transit service. This is not a guaranteed quantity and shall not exceed twelve (12). It is subject to change based on the budget available. The following specifications and attached specifications form describe the minimum requirements for a bus shelter. Any and all freight charges, demurrage, fuel surcharges, or special handing charges shall be price separately. Order will be accompanied by a City Purchase Order. The equipment bid shall be of new, current design production model and available to the commercial market. Use of demonstrator shelters shall not be acceptable. The bid shall include one (1) copy of the manufacturer's published specification and warranty. The City reserves the right to review the manufacturer's specifications and choose the unit deemed to be in the City's best interest.The equipment shall comply with all state and federal safety requirements. Any deviations to these specifications shall be explained. The City of Hot Springs reserves the right to award the sections that are within the budget available.
