The Southern Nevada Continuum of Care (CoC) invites submissions from qualified Eligible Applicants to operate a coordinated crisis response system to persons who are at imminent risk of experiencing literal homelessness and those who are homeless as the local Coordinated Entry Lead Entity. The goal is to ensure equitable access to services; identify areas for improvement and act to increase efficiency of local crisis response activities as they pertain to homeless services; participate in, maintain, and provide ongoing training; management and oversight of the community’s coordinated intake and assessment process for services to those experiencing a housing crisis. The purpose of the Request for Proposals is to identify PROPOSER(S) with the following attributes: • Provide technical expertise to perform the activities required for management of the coordinated entry process in compliance with HUD regulations and the CoC’s written policies and procedures, and at a specified level of quality; • Have the capacity to support the coordinated crisis response system (includes ongoing technical and training assistance); • Demonstrate respect and trust for other partners in the coordinated entry process; • Maintain commitment to objectivity and transparency in managing coordinated entry; and • Establish procedures to disclose any conflicts of interest and to maintain participant privacy and confidentiality. These attributes will support the mission to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of Southern Nevada’s local crisis response system
