Specifications include, but are not limited to: 3.1. Clinical and Administrative Supervision 3.1.1. Adhere to Correctional Facility protocols at the facilities at which you provide services and report to the Superintendent (or his or her designee) on all security issues. 3.1.2. Participate in the local Risk Intervention Services team meeting not less than once per month to discuss treatment related issues and the participant progress to date. 3.1.3. The contractor will actively consult with the Chief of Clinical Services and participate in Sex Offender Treatment and Supervision meetings twice as convened by the STATE twice per year. 3.1.4. Contractor will report to the Program Services Director or designee on all issues relating to design, development, implementation of programs and quality of service delivery. 3.1.5. Contractor will submit with their monthly invoice a signed Certification of Work Performance. 3.2. Clinical Services 3.2.1. Provide individual and/or group therapy to State referred female incarcerated sex offenders. 3.2.2. Prepare psychosexual assessments of designated offenders prior to acceptance as well as providing treatment summaries of designated offenders prior to their transition to the community.
