Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. Demo and remove existing Kitchen one (1) Air Compressor Unit B. Furnish and install one (1) (E) Air Compressor Unit with (1) new rotary screw Air Compressor to include the following: 1. Floor mounted enclosed configuration package model 30i next generation R- series Ingersoll Rand with 40HP, 184CFM @ 125 PSI, 175 PSIG max pressure, Champion or Equal, 2. Connect to existing 240 gallon ASME tank with pressure gage, PRV, DV and service valves, complete with pre and after filters 3. Furnish and install new Microprocessor controller with touch screen Compressor management system, sound attenuating Enclosure 4. Reuse housekeeping pad 5. Reuse Existing pipes and connect to and from new units. C. Provide a complete working Compressed Air system with, pipes, Valves, sensors, air filters, after cooler fan, gauges, controls, wires, condensate drain, hangers and support and all accessories required. D. Re-route Condensate drain from Air dryer to an oil separator. E. Replace the existing electrical disconnect switch at unit. Ratings to match existing. F. Replace discharge valves serving compressors. G. Field verify and ensure all existing electrical equipment such as main feeder circuit breaker, wires, conduits, J boxes, grounding and all other associated electrical devices are suitable for the new Air compressors
