Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Prospective contractor shall perform the removal of existing Shingles and Felt. And the removal of all debris from project site. 2. Prospective contractor shall be responsible for all safety barriers like orange construction fence to keep bystanders out of work areas and at a safe distance or equivalent. 3. Prospective contractor shall be responsible for any permits that maybe required. 4. Prospective contractor shall remove the plywood at two low spots on back of the roof. Fix the low spots and replace the plywood and any bad or rotten wood, plywood, and re-nailing of any lose decking. 5. Prospective contractor shall furnish all materials, tools and labor, equipment to install new drip edge and StormTread synthetic roofing underlayment or equivalent and 30- year architectural shingles on roof Approx. (4’168 sq. ft. ) of roof area. And Approx. (270’ lin. Ft. drip edge) and Approx. (84’ lin. Ft. vent ridge) and Approx. 30’ lin. Ft. endwall flashing.
