NDUS is requesting an OpenText Identity Manager specialist for staffing augmentation. This individual should possess strong experience related to development, configuration, documentation, troubleshooting and supporting OpenText Identity products. The OpenText Identity Manager Specialist will help NDUS with the following work activities. Work activities will be managed by CTS Staff. Provide advanced troubleshooting and production support as needed in all systems across the enterprise especially related to Active Directory, IDM, MFA and SSO technologies. Provide subject matter expertise on creating, managing, revoking Roles and Resources through the User Application web portal. Enhancing current OpenText Identity Manager installation. Building, releasing, and importing OpenText systems (e.g. 2.1.7) related patches and/or upgrades. Interact with and influence IAM team members, including internal colleagues and client team members, to be able to deliver on assigned projects. Participate as required, in analyzing, developing, and implementing large or complex Identity solutions, as requested by business and process team partners or with direction from the Architect. Add as staff requirement It is expected that the OpenText Specialist will perform all tasks with knowledge transfer to the IAM team in mind. Other OpenText Identity Manager tasks as assigned. Contractor to respond to requests within one business day unless prior arrangements are made. Provide monthly reporting of hours performed by consultant.
