Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Contractor shall obtain and install all radiant heat components per the plans and specifications. 2. Manufactured components shall be installed per manufacturers instructions. a. Where manufacturers instructions are in conflict with the plans and specifications, the Contractor shall request instructions from the Facilities Management designee. 3. Contractor shall inspect and test all components for proper and safe operation. 4. Contractor shall inspect and test all components for leaks. 5. Contractor shall provide operation and maintenance training for the radiant heating system to designated staff. 6. Contractor shall provide operations and maintenance manuals to Facilities Management Department.
