Specifications include, but are not limited to: The work covered by this section of the specifications consist of furnishing all plans, labor, equipment and materials necessary to perform all operations in connection with mechanical cleaning (by compressed air) or mechanical wire brush and sealing for construction and random cracks in bituminous concrete paving. The compressor shall be equipped with traps that will maintain the compressed air free of oil and water. Manually operated, gas powered air broom or self-propelled sweeper designed especially for use in cleaning highway shall be used to remove debris, dirt, and dust from the cracks.
