Specifications include, but are not limited to: • In the Spring (May) repair all damaged lawn areas caused by snow removal. This will include raking level the damaged areas as well as reseeding. • In the Spring (May) rake entire lawn area to include removal of all leaves, debris, and gravel. • Starting in May, the vendor will mow the lawn area weekly, more or less frequently as needed, to include trimming around all buildings, shrubbery, and other areas not accessible to the mower. The Troop Commander may, after discussion with the Provider, require additional or less mowing upon request. • In the Fall, again, rake and remove all leaves and debris from the entire lawn area. • Treatment of the lawn area during the growing season, as needed with fertilizer, lime, etc., to encourage healthy grass growth. • The contractor will provide all materials and equipment for the above work and will be responsible for the supervision of any and all employees. • Sweep driveway and walkway areas in the spring, remove all sand, debris, and branches from the premises. • Keep brush cut/trimmed on roadside area, as well.
