This Project includes, but is not limited to, the following items of work: traffic control, erosion control, pulverizing & stockpiling existing pavement (alternate to remove), sanitary sewer, watermain, sewer & water services, placement of recycled asphalt base (alternate to remove), aggregate base, hot mix asphalt, and turf restoration. This Project involves extending the existing 8” sanitary sewer and 8” watermain along Harvest Lane. No geotechnical investigation has been completed. The soil survey indicates potentially unsuitable soils in the northern portion of the street. A gas service to the lot at the NE corner may be constructed by others during the construction of this project. The street restoration for that work is included in this project scope.
