Specifications include, but are not limited to: Bidder must include in their proposals contract pricing for the follow: a. Quarterly testing and inspection of wet system and wet riser with 9 sectional flows. b. Quarterly testing and inspection of all pull stations and all smoke, duct, and heat detectors. c. Yearly flow testing of fire pump and by-pass. d. Annual inspection of fire extinguishers and related equipment. e. Twice yearly inspection of Ansul System. f. Additional work to be accomplished includes the following: i. Ensure system is satisfied ii. Ensure proper cylinder pressure iii. Clean all nozzles iv. Clean links, replace if necessary v. Inspect manual release and corner pulleys vi. Secure all piping and conduit vii. Ensure hood exhaust and fans are operating properly viii. Examine hazard for changes ix. Place system back in operation x. Remove safety fixtures and place back into operation
