Specifications include, but are not limited to: 3.1 The Offeror must indicate knowledge, expertise, ability and agreement to provide virtual trainings for the following trainings: 3.1.1 Training for intensive DBT therapy implementation (individual and group) to existing and/or new DBT teams (1x/year). 3.1.2 Training in DBT skills for substance use disorders (for use without intensive DBT) (1x/year). 3.1.3 Training for DBT Skills groups (for use without intensive DBT) (2x/year). 3.1.4 Training in DBT for frontline staff that offers coaching to direct care staff on how to incorporate DBT skills/concepts into client interaction (1x/yearly). 3.2 The Offeror must describe the ability to provide DBT consultation to the established teams within South Dakota to support implementation to model fidelity. The consultation may be provided virtually. Current teams and requested annual consultation intensity include the following: 3.2.1 6 hours each of consultation to 4 existing teams located at 4 Community Mental Health Centers. 3.2.2 6 hours each of consultation at the Human Service Center (state inpatient psychiatric hospital). 3.2.3 2 hours of consultation to be utilized as needed by Division of Behavioral Health (DBH) staff. 3.3 The Offeror should describe the ability to provide the following: 3.3.1 Tools or resources to the DBT teams and DBH staff that support fidelity. 3.3.2 Monitor DBT team fidelity and provide a fidelity report to DBH. 3.3.3 Reschedule any missed consultations within 2 weeks of originally scheduled date. 3.3.4 Invoice monthly for trainings and consultations provided during that month, including dates of service and description of services provided.
