Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. The Contractor shall provide mowing, trimming and edging services. 2. The Contractor shall remove all trash and debris from the grounds and fence lines prior to mowing as well as after. 3. The Contractor will not dispose of any trash and debris into city dumpsters or accessory structures located on the property. The trash and debris must be removed from the property and disposed of in accordance with City ordinances. 4. The Contractor shall clean and scrape sidewalks, curbs, and gutters from accumulation of grass growth, dirt, and sand after mowing. 5. The Contractor shall clean any sidewalks, fence lines, curbs, gutters, street edges, climbing and crawling grasses, vines, sand, dirt, and grass clippings as required in City Code of Ordinance Section 49-10. 6. The Contractor shall provide dirt where areas are low or washed away as requested. Must be approved by Asset Management prior to applying. 7. The Contractor shall install or replace hardwood mulch to flowerbeds with existing mulch or where requested. Mulch selection must be approved by Asset Management prior to applying. 8. The Contractor shall use weed trimmers for any overgrown grass or weeds along walkways, fences lines, street edges, flowerbeds, trees or wherever necessary. 9. The Contractor shall use weed killer where necessary to ensure ground is free of weeds. This includes during replacement or placement of mulch. 10. The Contractor shall trim any existing shrubs or hedges.
