Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. Work under these Specifications are under the jurisdiction of CHP, who will execute the contract documents, coordinate with Contractor as necessary and conduct inspections to insure that the work is conducted in strict accordance with the Specifications. No deviations from these Specifications will be permitted without concurrence and subsequent authorization from CHP Facilities Coordinator. B. Contractor shall furnish all transportation, labor, materials, services, training, insurance, and equipment as needed to complete the removal and replacement of carpet, and installation of commercial grade carpet , intended for long term medium to heavy indoor usage. C. (If applicable) Repair concrete floor if needed, for leveling purposes. D. All work to be done in accordance to the manufacturers recommended procedures.
