Specifications include, but are not limited to: • Removal of existing sidewalks • Installation of granite curbing to match existing, tipping down at intersections and driveways to pavement. Concrete poured front and back (for certain areas, indicated on the bid sheets). • Install 1” crushed gravel behind curb and fine grade for paving or concrete flat work. • Pave with HMA at a depth of 2” (in certain areas, indicated on the bid sheets). • Install 3000psi concrete with fiber at a depth of 4” (for certain areas, indicated on the bid sheets). • Saw cut or butt grind all paved driveways within the work area and match pavement in these locations. • Patch pave any disturbed area for curb/sidewalk installation. • Install truncated domes at each road crossing and crosswalk location. (24”x30” iron, set in concrete, with 2” border (in asphalt locations), (truncated domes can be set directly in concrete on the concrete sidewalk locations) • Landscaping affected areas to match existing, to include loaming and seeding.
