Specifications include, but are not limited to: a) Vendor will provide rental, laundering, maintenance, and regular pick-up and delivery of work uniforms to the delivery location at Fleet Maintenance, 645 Pine St. Burlington VT. b) The vendor shall be responsible for all costs associated with having the uniforms available for wearing including: Proper Fit Emblems/logo Pickup of soiled uniforms Drop off of cleaned uniforms No charge for repairs No charge for replacement due to wear. No charge for size changes c) Quantity: i. 13 pairs of Flame Resistant pants per employee ii. 13 Flame Resistant shirts per employee iii. 2 jackets per employee iv. 200 rags per week d) Specifications: i. Provide pricing on: 1. Flame resistant pants and shirts comparable to Carhartt Featherweight FR. ii. Insulated jackets iii. Burlington Public Works Fleet Maintenance logo on each shirt and jacket. iv. Rags- standard shop rag e) Terms of Delivery i. Any offer shall be irrevocable for a period of 30 days from receipt by offeree ii. The prices quoted above shall be F.O.B Place of delivery iii. Risk of Loss upon Vendor until receipt of delivery by buyer iv. All uniforms shall be delivered to designated areas as coordinated with the department. Each uniform will be organized by employee. v. The vendor shall supply an inventory count sheet of uniformed picked up and delivered. vi. The vendor shall arrange to deliver the day before or after a holiday to ensure weekly deliveries. vii. Upon notification from the Department, services for an employee leaving the Department will not be billed for services after the employee has left. viii. The Department shall be able to suspend services for an employee that is on long term leave- greater than four weeks. No charges are to be make for the suspended employee. ix. Upon notification, uniforms are to be supplied for new employees within two weeks. x. New or replacement garments are to be new, unused uniforms.
