Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. Clean entire roof of debris; clean out all gutters and downspouts and ensure all mold growth is properly removed. B. Mask all roof mounted air units, ducts, vents, pipes and/or penetrations, six inches above the roof line. C. Repair blister and perimeter base flashing and coat roof over office area on North side of building. D. Install one coat Base Urethane coating at the rate of 1.5 gallons per 100 sq. ft. to yield dry film thickness of 24 mils DFT. E. Install one coat Top Urethane coating system at the rate of 1.5 gallons per 100 sq. ft. to yield dry film thickness of 24 mils DFT. F. Job site and premises will be kept clean and work will be conducted in a manner least disruptive to site occupants. G. Haul away all debris caused by the above work according to code and industry standards. H. The roofing repair work must be done accordance to industry standards using the very best material available and work done by competent individuals licensed and/or certified by the manufacturer. I. Product delivery, storage and handling: deliver materials to the job site in original, unopened containers, with the manufacturer's name, brand name and installation instructions. J. Contractor will guarantee work for two (2) years unconditionally, to include material and labor.
