Specifications include, but are not limited to: The selected Sponsor will have the opportunity to use their Sponsor naming rights and advertising signage at several signage locations at the Fort Wayne International Airport terminal. Signage is required to be provided by the Sponsor denoting the entrance to the Airport Lounge while the other locations listed are optional signage locations. Exhibit B depicts the signage locations on a floor plan. Shop drawings/proofs of desired signage must be submitted to FWACAA for review and approval prior to manufacture and install. Installation of the signage is the responsibility of the Sponsor and must be coordinated in advance with FWACAA due to airport security and operational needs. FWACAA desires the signage to be installed prior to opening of the Airport Lounge, approximately early August 2024. Sign #1 – Concourse Airport Lounge entrance wall sign (2nd Floor) – Required. o Viewable in the Grand Hall for all inbound and outbound passengers. o Specifications: ‘Marquee’ like sign consisting of three-dimensional raised graphical element with channel illumination. Maximum size approximately 20’W x 5’H. Minimum size approximately 10’W x 5’H. Sign #2 – Airport Lounge interior entrance/exit wall sign (2nd Floor) – Optional. o Viewable in the Airport Lounge by all Airport Lounge members. o Specifications: Various types of signage accepted, such as, tension fabric display, internally lit housing and sign panel, wall wrap, etc. Maximum size approximately 8’W x 4’H Minimum size approximately 6’W x 3’H Sign #3 – Digital signage near TSA Security Checkpoint queuing line on the public side (1st Floor) – Optional. o Viewable inside the terminal on the public side for all passengers, meeters/greeters, and general public. o Detail: The digital signage is provided by the Fort Wayne International Airport and currently exists on the wall between the TSA Checkpoint and Airline Ticket Counters...
