Specifications include, but are not limited to: Jefferson County is looking to have a 277/480 V three phase diesel generator installed at the Administration Building. Turnkey installation into exsisitng automatic transfer switch. 2. Includes pour in place concrete pad. 3. All excavation needed for pad and buried electrical conduits. 4. Installation and connection of all power and control circuits from generator to exsiting transfer switch. 5. Must have all necessary equipment to place generator on concrete pad and anchoring to slab. 6. Initial diesel fuel fill is to be included with this quote. 7. Instllation remote annunciator inside building in an occupied section for remote generator status montioring. 8. Will include complete system startup and testing of equipment including full power fail simulation on completion of project. 9. This generator will provide complete building backup, all panels will be powered during a power outage. 10. All shipping and delivery cost will be included in this bid. 11. Generator will have level two acoustic enclosure. 12. A 150 MPH wind load certification is required. 13. Generator must be able to run at least 24 hours at full load on one tank of fuel.
