Specifications include, but are not limited to: The state of North Dakota, acting through its Department of Health and Human Services, Public Health Division (the STATE) is soliciting proposals for the implementation, operational support services and (if applicable) SaaS hosting of an integrated electronic disease surveillance and outbreak management system that is interoperable with other health information systems, including Health Information Exchanges, Immunization Information Systems, and Vital Records Information Systems, as well as federal reporting standards including the National Notifiable Disease Surveillance System and the National Violent Death Reporting System. This system would replace the current electronic disease surveillance system, Maven through Conduent. The scope of services includes initial installation, configuration, integration with required interfacing applications and entities, transformation and importation of legacy systems disease surveillance data and case data, and transition to operations and support. The awarded vendor shall provide operations implementation support, training, and ongoing maintenance and support of the application installation.
