Specifications include, but are not limited to: Recreational Areas/Facilities – Spring clean up, Mow all lawn areas and athletic fields as follows; includes string trimming around fences, structures, trees etc. as necessary. Patch Park (weekly) – All lawn areas & athletic fields. String trimming around fences, structures, trees etc. as necessary. Some areas used for athletic fields and areas on the lower level near river may need more frequent mowing as directed. String trimming around boulders. Swan Common (weekly). Swimming Pool (weekly) – All lawn areas. Municipal Areas/Facilities – Spring Cleanup, to include winter sand removal, Mow all lawn areas as follows; includes string trimming around fences, structures, trees etc. as necessary. Main Street Commons (weekly) – Includes all lawn areas between sidewalks and Main Street (both sides) from Fire Station to Lower Landing Road. Monuments must be trimmed regularly and cleaned of all grass clippings. Main Street “triangles” at Lower Landing Road, Olcott Lane and Sullivan Street. Also includes “triangles’ at the following intersections including the two islands at 200 Main St, Sullivan/East Street, Paris Avenue/East Street and Lower Landing Road/Southwest Street.
