In conjunction with the construction team, RDG Planning & Design, and Board of Regents of the University of Nebraska, MCL is inviting your firm to provide a proposal for a GMP Contract based on the information outlined below. MCL will be selecting partners based on their proposal, project experience, presented team, approach to project, and proposed preconstruction/GMP construction fees. It is MCL’s intent to select the most qualified partner who will best fit the project team.
