This contract is intended to allow for the provision of services to children and youth requiring foster care interventions. This will be accomplished through the development of Specialized foster family-based in-home care, resources and the implementation of best-practice treatment interventions. It is the intent of COUNTY, to contract with Specialized Foster Care Agencies to assist the COUNTY in the placement of children in Specialized foster homes and provide Foster Care Services and supervision twenty-four (24) hours per day, seven (7) days per week for neglected and/or abused children who require higher level specialized foster care. RESPONDENT shall care for children who are in the custody of COUNTY. See Exhibit A, Scope of Work for a detailed description of the services to be provided; attached herein.
