Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. Service Requirements: 1. Dedicated account representative a. Must have 24/7 access from 7/10/2024-7/20/2024 2. Obtain additional and substitute items and pricing at request of MFD 3. Notification of “shortages” (current/upcoming) of MFD-listed items 4. No shipping charges to be incurred by MFD (FOB) 5. Two (2)-day delivery for standard orders a. Minimum of three (3) attempts to deliver any given order before returning to shipping company terminal ▪ Notification to EMS Division within two (2) days when a delivery is returned to shipping terminal b. Confirmation of signature and recipient’s last name upon successful delivery 6. Supplier absorbs overnight shipping costs for emergency orders. 7. Display contract pricing for all items 8. Ability to “downsize” items that come in large quantities into smaller, manageable order quantities (i.e. box of one thousand (1,000) garbage bags into bags of fifty (50)) 9. If a product does not meet the specifications, the item(s) may be returned in original packaging, in resalable condition within thirty (30) days at the cost of the supplier/distributor.
