Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Living Room: Wash walls, windows, furniture, doors, closet shelves, baseboards, re-hang curtains where needed. 2. Kitchen: Wash walls, windows, stove, exhaust hood, fridge, cabinets, sink, light fixture, fire extinguisher, kitchen table and chairs, baseboards, sanitize kitchen (both fridge & stove will need to be moved in order to clean behind) 3. Bathroom: Wash walls, floors, sinks & vanity, mirrors, toilet, shower, lights and fan fixtures, shelves, bi-fold door, sanitize bathroom. 4. Hallway: Wash walls, light fixture. 5. Bedrooms:(3) Wash walls, windows, closets, doors, furniture, beds, baseboards. 6. Responsibility for moving the furniture as needed will be up to the cleaning contractor. There are a total of 28 apartments. Not all apartments will be available to be cleaned at the same time so at least two and possibly three cleaning cycles will need to be scheduled. Cleaning must be completed June 30th. Please note it is preferred that the successful vendor use experienced employees to perform this job. A second go through of the rooms will be required in August to freshen up the rooms before students move back in.
